Our unit is a garage apartment that has a cabin feel. The garage is detached from the house so it is very private. We are located literally seconds off of route 19 and within minutes of ACE Adventure Resort, the New River Gorge Bridge, Fayetteville, AOTG, Betchel Boy Scout Reserve and other local NRG Park favorites. Summary: We were looking for a National Park to explore within driving distance and decided on New River Gorge. The property was ideally situated for us to be able to explore the park and also Babcock State Park. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing “home base”. We will probably be back since we had a rainy day and weren’t able to get as much hiking in as we had planned. But, we were able to drive around and see more of the area due to the rain than we would’ve hiking.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and had everything we needed for our stay with stores, restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable & coffee was available which were essentials for a long weekend of hiking & waterfalls.

Summary: We recently stayed in the carriage house, and it was great. The space was clean and well-organized, with everything we needed to kick off our stay, from fresh linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen that included a Keurig. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better—it was close to the trails and sites at the park. We loved coming back to the cozy carriage house after a day of hiking and exploring. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay near New River Gorge!

Summary: Comfortable and cute apartment over garage.Near fun town of Fayetteville and all the activities associated with New River Gorge National Park. Surprisingly roomy. Host was available but respected privacy. Definitely recommend!
